We clear out houses and apts. We do set outs, trash outs, and sheriff set outs.

We sweep and vacuum floors for apt complexes, wipe down railings, mop floors, wipe down washers and dryers, change out garbage bags, pick up trash around the complex and parking lots. 

We do general clean up, general cleaning, and we deep clean also. 

We clear out sheds, attics, garages, closets, basements, and storage units. Then we reorganize them. 

We tear up carpet and tack strips, pick up debri in the yards, board up doors and windows, and wipe down walls and baseboards. 

We take pics of properties, take before and after pics, take pics of what needs repaired in the properties, and show properties to possible buyers. 

We worked for realtors, brokers, and many landlords through out the tri state. 

We’re very reasonable and we have references if needed.
